The Whitening Lounge Policy

EYELASH EXTENSION INFILLS

The Whitening Lounge does not infill work from other salons. If you have foreign lash extensions, please book in for a new set with a removal add-on. 

Existing clients please make sure you return within 4 weeks of your last appointment with no less than 50% of your lashes intact
 

DEPOSITS

Deposits are non transferrable or refundable if you cancel or reschedule within 48hrs of your appointments. Bookings cancelled or rescheduled within 48hrs require a new online booking and deposit.

 

RESCHEDULING/
CANCELLATION

Please reschedule or cancel your appointment within 48hrs. This can be done via email or the confirmation email at the bottom of the page. Your deposit will be non-refundable.
 


NO SHOWS

Any “no shows” (that is simply not turning up to the appointment without prior notice) and last-minute cancellations or reschedules (within 5 hours of the appointment) will result in a charge of 100% of the appointment booked as these appointments are unable to be filled.

CONFIRMATION EMAIL

After booking your appointment, check your email (including junk) for all information regarding location and any pre appointment reminders.
You can make changes to your booking through the confirmation email.

 

ARRIVING TO YOUR APPOINTMENT

Please arrive on time and alone.

Clients that arrive 15mins late to their appointment will be cancelled and charged 100% of the value of the appointment scheduled. 

Please arrive to your appointment (lashes and brows) with no makeup on as this will take time away from your service having to remove it. Each lash and brow service starts with a lash bath but will take time off your service if having to get off tough makeup.
